LEONARD NASH is a Realtor-Associate of Lyons Realty Group, Inc. (LRG). He earned his Florida Real Estate Salesperson’s license in 1988. He also holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Florida International University (FIU), a Bachelor of Arts in English from FIU, and an Associate of Arts from the University of Florida.

A resident of Hollywood since 1997, Leonard was born in Miami Beach, and grew up in Miami. A longtime educator, he taught English for the Miami-Dade County School System from 1988 to 1993, and at FIU from 1994 to 1999. Since 2000, he has served as a freelance writer and editor for private individuals and industry. Leonard has written for the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, Miami Magazine (the alumni magazine of the University of Miami) and Facilities Manager (the official publication of APPA: The Association of Higher Education Facilities Officers.), and many other regional and national publications.

Leonard’s interest in real estate began in childhood, when his parents began investing in rental apartments in the 1970s. As a university student in the mid-1980s, Leonard managed his parents’ real estate holdings, and in 1988, he purchased his first rental property. Leonard recognizes that real estate represents a serious investment, and he is dedicated to serving his clients in an honest, lively, informative manner.
