We realize that as a Seller  you may not be ready to hire a real agent to list your property professionally and LRG has an option for you.

Our associates offer professional consultations which you can pay for by the hour.  For example, we will consult with you on the following issues:

• Staging your property to create a better presentation
• Preparing you to anticipate questions from potential buyers
• Assisting you with fliers, brochures, and other information sheets
• Assisting with open house
• Reviewing contracts and offers
• Understanding the essentials of selling your property
• Prequalifying potential buyers

In most cases our professional consultations cost significantly less than the costs of paying real estate commissions.  Keep in mind however that only through a listing agreement can you obtain the full benefits of our real estate agents and professionals.

If you wish to stop selling your property on your own, after using our consultation services, and you enter into a listing agreement with LRG to professionally sell yyour property, then we will, in most cases, apply a portion of the consulatation fees to our earned commission from the sale.
